Steelers should add Bozeman

One of the issues with the Steelers 2020 offseason was the failure to address the center position properly. While Kendrick Green had a lot of intrigue as a prospect, he has proven to be as raw as many projected him to be. In the next offseason, there is a real chance that the team adds a legitimate center and force Green to guard. If not, another starting interior lineman would be a big get for a team lacking line talent.

The Ravens have been one of the better teams at drafting and developing offensive linemen in recent history, and Bradley Bozeman is the next starter set to get paid. Despite only being a sixth-round pick for the Ravens, Bozeman has developed into one of the better maulers in the league. PFF has him rated as a 73.1 overall, and he would be one of the best players on the Steelers line if he played there.

Best yet, while he is a natural center, he also has the size to play guard if need be. If the Steelers really want to keep Green at center, they could kick Boseman to guard. No matter where they play him, Boseman would be a great addition to this team. After the line has played so poorly this season, getting a capable interior lineman from one of the best rushing teams would be a huge get in 2022.
