Steelers OLB T.J. Watt

T.J. Watt ended the discussion of who is better between him and Myles Garrett. With cracked ribs, Watt managed to record 4 sacks and 5 tackles with a few pressures included. He also is sitting at 21.5 sacks, which leads the entire NFL in sacks and is only 1 sack away from tying Michael Strahans’ single-season sack record.

T.J. has also led the league in sacks since 2018 (64) and is tied with Arron Donald for most sacks in the NFL since 2017(71). It is incredible what he has done in just 14 games this season and he is showing who is is by playing through such a painful injury.

The 27-year old should have DPOY locked up after this game and could put his name in the record books before the age of 30 if he gets 1.5 or more sacks against Baltimore in the regular-season finale. T.J. also surpassed Cam Heyward for 5th place in career sacks for the Steelers.

Watt was one of the few players that propelled this team to victory and he kept Baker Mayfield in check as well as impacted some running plays during his time on the field.
