Reason No. 3: Cincy is less likely to win it all

Remember. we are discussing why Steelers fans should want the Bengals to win the AFC, not the Super Bowl.

Yes, some people in Pittsburgh are pulling for Cincy to go all the way due solely to their underdog story. However, it’s probably a fair assumption that the majority of Steelers Nation wants the NFC Champion to hoist up the Lombardi Trophy next month, and the Bengals being their opponent will make that all the more likely to happen.

Think about it, who has greater limitations as a team? Cincinnati. Who has the less experienced head coach? Cincinnati. Who has the team that is less accustomed to the big stage? Cincinnati. And lastly, who has looked weaker so far this postseason? Cincinnati.

Therefore, everything is pointing to the Bengals being the weaker of the two remaining AFC powers. But hey, that did not stop Cincy from downing the Chiefs earlier this month, so they just might be able to do it again before their luck runs out.
