The Pittsburgh Steelers met with numerous players at the 2022 Reese’s Senior Bowl. Here’s a look at their NFL Draft visit tracker.
The start of the new league year really feels like it begins with the Senior Bowl. Coaches, general managers, and scouts are in full off-season mode as they scope out the future stars of their team.
There is an interesting group of players at the Senior Bowl this year, and the Pittsburgh Steelers are no doubt going to have their eye on the quarterback position. There are many watchful eyes in the media who reported players visits with Pittsburgh’s brass.
Here are the players we know that the Steelers have met with so far, as well as which coach/front office members they have met with:
(NOTE: Some of these players may have met with more Steelers personnel than what is listed, but these are the confirmed meetings).

There is still a long offseason ahead of us, and this list will greatly expand as we go. However, there are certainly some interesting things to note here.
For starters, the limited number of trench players the Steelers have met with. Zion Johnson is a player who could be on their radar with the 20th overall pick. The talented offensive guard has been one of the standouts at the Senior Bowl so far.
The Steelers also seem to have a very high level of interest in the quarterbacks and linebackers this year. While scouting Ben Roethlisberger’s replacement is no surprise, Pittsburgh has met with some highly-touted linebacker prospects and could prove to be targeting the LB position as early as day two of the 2022 NFL Draft.
Based on their visits, the Steelers may have interest in drafting another small-school wide receiver — something that they are very familiar with and have had success with in the past.
There are plenty more names that will be added to this list when it’s all said and done. Stay tuned as we keep you up to date with Pittsburgh’s 2022 Senior Bowl visits.
