Steelers could trade with Eagles

If you read my post about potential Bush trades, the Eagles actually topped the list with a player-for-player swap. Bush was sent in exchange for Andre Dillard, their former top pick who has become a good swing tackle with the potential to be more. Dillard appears on this list again, but the trade package is slightly different.

With Claypool being a better player than Bush is at this point in their career, the Eagles have to give up an additional seventh-round pick as well in the package. That balances out the transaction more than before and it should further entice Pittsburgh to make this deal. It is no secret that the Steelers need offensive line help, so Dillard would go a long way in aiding the team.

The Eagles still need receivers to fill out their roster. While DeVonta Smith has all of the makings of a good slot receiver, neither of their outside receivers are worth starting right now. Claypool gives them a bigger body that can also stretch the field and provide better play than what they have. He would be a good add for a team that has lacked a top receiver for quite a few years now.
