Steelers talented defense

Pittsburgh has one of the most talented defenses in the league. In fact, their defense was a big reason the Steelers have not ended up with a losing record the past couple of seasons. With athletes like Cam Heyward, Devin Bush, Myles Jack, and Minkah Fitzpatrick, this team has foundational pieces to a championship defense.

After recovering from a torn ACL, Devin Bush had his most unproductive season as a professional. With better help, after the signing of Myles Jack, these two should combine to make a powerful linebacker duo. The coaching might be better for Bush this year, as Teryl Austin was promoted to defensive coordinator. The addition of Brian Flores to the defensive coaching staff could help as well.

However, Bush isn’t the only Steeler expected to make a comeback. Stephon Tuitt missed all of last season, but reports that he is back in the Steelers facilities are a sign that he could suit up and make a return this year for Pittsburgh. If that were the case, Pittsburgh could expect a lot of production from this defensive line.

It is no secret that these defensive linemen aren’t getting younger, but they are still excellent players with talent and chemistry. These guys have put in the time and they deserve a chance to win a Super Bowl.
