Steelers building block #3

Ok, I’m going to take a cop-out here, but the entire Steelers defensive line is worth mentioning on this list. From the veterans up at the top to the young players developing at the bottom of the roster, this group is overflowing with talent. While the defense as a whole is a talented bunch, this line should be the strength of this unit for years to come.

While names like Cameron Heyward and Tyson Alualu are a bit older, both are still capable starters. More importantly, both are great teachers; meaning that all of the youth behind them have players to look up to. The depth behind these players is great, as Chris Wormley, Larry Ogunjobi, and Montravius Adams are all quality players that relieve the top of the depth chart.

What is really exciting about this group though is the young players at the bottom of the depth chart. DeMarvin Leal and Isaiahh Loudermilk are both exciting players that can develop into good starters down the road. All in all, this group has talent at every level. While the rest of the roster is still getting added to, this group should be deep for years to come.
