The Pittsburgh Steelers have a few players who are sure to stir up controversy among fans. Here are their most controversial players entering the 2022 season.

There are some players on the Pittsburgh Steelers that all fans seem to agree on. We are unified in our belief that T.J. Watt is a generational talent and one of the best defenders in the NFL. We can also agree that Cameron Heyward is a terrific leader who is consistently underlooked year after year.

However, there are other players on that we have a hard time seeing eye to eye. Whether they know it or not, these four players are stirring up the most controversy and debates on the team as we approach the 2022 NFL season:

4. Steelers LB Myles Jack

Not all fans are unified in believing that Myles Jack was a remarkable free agent signing from the 2022 offseason. I am one of a sizable group who is on the other side of the fence. Though some fans believe that Jack is still one of the top off-ball linebackers in the league, there’s a group that thinks his play has been pretty subpar over the past three years.

In my opinion, Jack has been good in terms of volume tackle numbers only. However, his film would indicate that he has struggled in many of the same ways that Devin Bush has over the past few years — 2021 in particular.

Some fans believe Jack is getting by on his reputation and has been a below-average player, while others believe he could play at a Pro Bowl level for the Steelers in 2022. He has been a topic of debate this offseason.
