Ravens: K Justin Tucker

Kickers rarely get inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame, but no kicker in NFL history is more deserving of this honor than Baltimore’s Justin Tucker. As the most accurate kicker in the history of the league, Tucker has helped keep the Ravens close in nearly every contest they enter. If they can cross the 50, there’s a good chance they are getting three points.

In his first 10 seasons in the league, Tucker has never converted less than 82.5 percent of his field-goal attempts or fewer than 96.6 percent of his extra-point attempts. The five-time First-Team All-Pro was spectacular once again last season — knocking in 94.6 percent of his field goals. He did all of this while converting all six attempts beyond 50 yards and having a career-long 66-yard conversion.

Lamar Jackson is more important to the success of the team and is a remarkable football player in his own right. However, if we aren’t considering positional value, Tucker is simply the best overall player on his football team. At this rate, there’s little doubt that he will go down as the greatest kicker of all time.
