Browns: LB Jeremiah Owusu-Koramoah

I know it’s hard for a player to be underrated after just one season in the NFL, but Jeremiah Owusu-Koramoah was outstanding as a rookie and has the potential to be one of the very best linebackers in the NFL. Somehow, nobody is talking about him.

Players like Myles Garrett, Denzel Ward, and Nick Chubb get a lot of credit in Cleveland, as do the Browns impressive offensive guards. However, Owusu-Koramoah could be next in line. During his rookie campaign in 2021, JOK earned 76 tackles, 3 tackles for a loss, 1.5 sacks, 2 forced fumbles, and 4 pass defenses in just 14 games played (10 stats), via ESPN stats.

While nobody seems to be talking about him as a rising star, JOK graded out as the 9th-best linebacker in the NFL last season and the arrow is pointed up.

I was infatuated with the traits of Owusu-Koramoah coming out of Notre Dame. At 6’2” and 221 pounds with long arms and rangy athletic traits, JOK has prototype traits for today’s NFL. The sky is the limit for his potential, and I’m confident he will really put himself on the map in 2022.
