The Pittsburgh Steelers selected Georgia wide receiver George Pickens with the 50th pick in the NFL Draft. After making his NFL debut in week one of the preseason it seems like there’s a budding star in the Steel City.

Pickens hauled in three of five targets for 43 yards and a highlight reel touchdown against the Seahawks.

Pickens was the 2020 Sugar Bowl MVP with the Bulldogs, catching 12 passes for 175 yards and a touchdown. Unfortunately, an injury limited him in 2021.
