We already know why the Steelers will upset the Patriots at +110 odds to win a sixth straight game as home underdogs, but it’s time to shoot for a bigger payday. Using FanDuel Sportsbook’s Same-Game Parlay feature alongside our can’t-lose $1,000 free bet, we can shoot for the moon in Week 2.

Best Same-Game Parlay Picks for Patriots vs Steelers (+1156)
- Steelers (+110) vs Patriots
- Steelers vs Patriots Under 42.5 (-150)
- Pat Freiermuth Anytime Touchdown Scorer (+290)
Placing $1,000 on this parlay would profit $11,560, which sounds like a huge cashout indeed if you ask me!
Let’s go through each pick to see why they’re a great addition to a Same-Game Parlay at FanDuel.
Steelers (+110) vs Patriots
Pittsburgh has five straight wins as home underdogs thanks to Mike Tomlin’s brilliance. In fact, the Steelers won 10 of their last 14 games in this spot and catch a Patriots team that looked dreadful in Week 1.
Mac Jones is struggling to adjust to a new offensive scheme, and New England doesn’t have the playmakers to compensate for his deficiencies. The Patriots are 1-4 in their last five games and I don’t see how they score against a sensational Steelers defense that just harassed Joe Burrow into five turnovers.
Steelers vs Patriots Under 42.5 (-150)
I’m using an alternate total here to give us some cushion, but I feel comfortable predicting a low-scoring game. Bill Belichick’s defense should give Mitchell Trubisky fits, while I’m not sure the Patriots could score on a YMCA team right now.
The under is 8-3 in Pittsburgh’s last 11 games as home underdogs and 10-3 in New England’s last 13 on the road.
Expect both trends to continue in a slugfest.
Pat Freiermuth Anytime Touchdown Scorer (+290)
Here is where the parlay really takes off. Freiermuth led the Steelers in receiving yards last week, hauling in five of 10 targets for 75 yards. He scored seven touchdowns in his rookie season and should be a go-to option for Trubisky in the red zone.
I’m worried about Najee Harris’ injury, so I’m instead targeting the best big-bodied receiver on Pittsburgh’s roster. While New England’s defense is focused on Diontae Johnson and Chase Claypool, let’s bank on Freiermuth finding the end zone.
Whether you’re with me on this Same-Game Parlay or cook up something special of your own, don’t forget to claim your $1,000 no-sweat bet from FanDuel Sportsbook. Thanks to FanDuel, we can swing for the fences risk-free, knowing we can’t lose no matter what.
