The Pittsburgh Steelers will take on the Carolina Panthers on the road this Sunday. Here are our predictions and how to catch the game.

Pittsburgh Steelers fans were no doubt hoping that this game would have held more meaning late in the season. With just four games left this year, Mike Tomlin’s team is almost mathematically eliminated from the playoffs, but they would give themselves a minuscule chance if they were to win out.

The Steelers will have a winnable game against the Carolina Panthers this week despite being underdogs in this Week 15 contest. Still, Pittsburgh has fared great against the Panthers in the past.

With just four weeks left of Steelers football until another long offseason, you aren’t going to want to miss the action. Here’s how to tune im and catch the Steelers vs Panthers this week:

How to Watch Steelers vs Panthers

There isn’t a great national game on CBS in Week 15. The largest portion of the country will be getting a likely blowout with the Chiefs taking on the Texans, while roughly a third of the nation will be getting the Lions and Jets. Most Steelers fans in the eastern timezone will be getting the Steelers vs Panthers game on CBS. You can catch them locally on KDKA-CBS. Greg Gumbel and Adam Archuleta will be calling the game.

Steelers vs Panthers Kickoff Time and Location

The Pittsburgh Steelers are set to kick off against the Carolina Panthers at 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time at Bank of America Stadium in North Carolina. We are expecting sunny and cool weather in Charlotte on Sunday.

Steelers vs Panthers Predictions

We predicted the Steelers would defeat the Ravens at home last week, but an early injury to Kenny Pickett threw a curveball at us. Ultimately, 3 interceptions from Mitch Tribusky sealed Pittsburgh’s fate. Now they will look for redemption on the road in Week 15.

The Panthers are on a mini hot streak with back-to-back wins against the Broncos and Seahawks. Last week they put up 30 points in Seattle. Despite their recent surge, we believe that Mike Tomlin’s reputation will ultimately prevail. Both players and coaches will do their best to earn respect over the final month of football and we think it starts in Carolina. We have Pittsburgh advancing to 6-8 with a final score of 20-17.

Steelers vs Panthers History

The Carolina Panthers are an uncommon opponent for Pittsburgh, and these two teams have only matched up 7 total times since 1996, according to The Football Database. However, the results have been very favorable. Despite losing their first head-to-head battle, the Steelers have since won 6 straight games — three by head coach Bill Cowher and three by Mike Tomlin. History would suggest that Pittsburgh stands a pretty good shot in this one.
