Now more than ever, it's harder to keep your cool on the internet. Everything on there is designed specifically to make you feel enraged, and there's only so much rage you can tolerate in a day before you have to start taking heart pressure medicine. You gotta pick your spots.

Over in the NFL's corner of the internet, no one knows that lesson better than Packers and Jets fans. For years now, they've have had to be selective about what should and shouldn't cause meltdowns – that's the joy of rooting for Aaron Rodgers. (Although Jets fans are only really being included as a technicality, which I'm sure they'll love to hear.)
One place that you absolutely do not need to waste your time and energy one? Cable sports morning shows. No good can come from that – they're not reading your tweets, and they're certainly not taking them into account when they're in the production meeting trying to figure out which TV segments have the best chance of going viral. Even when they hosts/analysts are giving the most bizarre, pointless takes you've heard in weeks, there's no hope for us. It's going to be what it's going to be – a lesson poor Steelers defensive lineman Breiden Fehoko learned this week, courtesy of Fox Sports 1.
Breiden Fehoko isn't a big Morning Cable Sports show guy, and I can't blame him
As someone who has spent way too much of my young professional adulthood watching sports analysts' attempts to go viral, I can relate to this reaction. Everything about it is stupid. They're not even trying to make real points – they're simply trying to put together words that they think will get the most dramatic example from people sitting at their cubicles, waiting to send clips to the group chat. Manufactured outrage is the worst, Breiden Fehoko, I agree.
But you just gotta let this one go. It's going to be fine. Joy Taylor, Paul Pierce, and Keyshawn Johnson have no business ruining your day. Honestly, they have no business in your day whatsoever. You can simply keep scrolling, I promise. This only matters if you let it matter.
