The Pittsburgh Steelers will be in the market for just their fourth head coach since 1969, as Mike Tomlin has officially decided to step down following a 10-7 2025 season that ended with his squad getting trounced by the Houston Texans in the playoffs.
Tomlin, still just 53 years old, leaves the Steelers with a 193-114-2 record in the regular season and two Super Bowl appearances, including one win. However, Tomlin lost his final seven playoff games in Pittsburgh, which put a bit of a damper on the end of his career.
The Steelers will try to find someone who can carry on Tomlin's spirit, either through instilling the same defense-first ethos he did or bringing in a creative offensive mind. Keep it here for all the updates
