We've got a long way to go until the 2026 season, but we've recently learned of some of the Pittsburgh Steelers' biggest matchups as NFL schedule leaks continue to drop, including the league's first-ever game held in Paris, France. One of their toughest games could come on the nation's biggest shopping day of the year.

According to a leak from Ozzy NFL on X, the Steelers are scheduled to host the Denver Broncos on Black Friday in Week 12. This game is set for a 3:00 pm Eastern Time kickoff on November 27 on Prime Video (NFL on Prime).

Last year, the Broncos were a 14-3 team, and had it not been for a foot injury to starting quarterback Bo Nix, they would have nearly made it to the Super Bowl.

Most expect Denver to take a step back this season, but with good coaching and a talented defense, this could still be a daunting match. The Broncos also added three-time 1,000-yard receiver Jaylen Waddle via trade during the offseason, and Sean Payton's team is itching to get over the hump.

The Pittsburgh Steelers will have their work cut out for them on Black Friday

Instead of taking Thanksgiving weekend off to enjoy with family and friends, the Pittsburgh Steelers will be on deck after three games on Thanksgiving Day. Black Friday games began in 2023, so this will be the first time the Steelers will play on this well-known shopping day, which annually marks the start of the Christmas shopping season.

Pittsburgh has won three straight games against Denver, dating back to September 20, 2020. Their most recent contest in 2024 was decided by a touchdown with a final score of 13-6.

Much has changed in two years for both of these teams. Justin Fields was at quarterback for the Steelers in their last matchup with the Broncos, but as Pittsburgh plateaued, the Broncos found a way to become a 14-win powerhouse in the AFC.

Thankfully, this is a home matchup for Mike McCarthy's team on a short week, so they'll get a bit of an edge here.

Recent leaks also suggest that the Steelers will host the Browns at 1 pm in Week 8, host the Colts at 1 pm in Week 5, will be on the road against the Jaguars in Week 14, will host the Bengals in Week 3 at 1 pm, and will host the Falcons in their Week 1 home opener at 1 pm ET.
