NFL mock draft pick 29: EDGE B.J. Ojulari
The night of the edge rushers finally ends as B.J. Ojulari caps off the eventful night for that crew. He is a raw talent, but he could turn into one of the best edge players in this entire class if he can reach his ceiling. Marcus Davenport is now in Minnesota so the need for a starter in this position should be under consideration. New Orleans could also be sleepers when it comes to a potential addition at quarterback even though they already signed Derek Carr in free agency.
NFL mock draft pick 30: DT Jalen Carter
Many of you might be wondering if Jalen Carter was forgotten about in this mock draft, but that curiosity ends here. He had a giant slip in round one with all the red flags that he has been displaying through the pre-draft portion of the offseason. He lands in a great spot where he should be able to excel to his best abilities. This is a gamble of a pick, but it is something the Eagles would feel comfortable with here.
NFL mock draft pick 31: OT Anton Harrison
With Pittsburgh having the next pick to kick off the second round, the Chiefs decide to go with a tackle to end night one. Anton Harrison is someone the Steelers would likely consider at pick 32, even though he is a project at the position heading into the NFL. Kansas City has a stable offensive line besides the void that was left behind with Orlando Brown leaving in free agency.
