Worse Case Scenario: Steelers miss playoffs without any signs of improvement on offense

The stage is set for the Steelers to make a playoff appearance. They've completed transactions that enhanced the team's roster. All of the pieces are in place. Now, it just comes down to scheme and execution.

If the Steelers have an unsuccessful season, we will evaluate the franchise thoroughly. Consecutive years of questionable leadership could result in the firing of Matt Canada. If the Steelers hire a new offensive coordinator, it would be a dream come true for some fans. In reality, it would just become another roadblock in what was supposed to be a short rebuild. The franchise would need time to implement new schemes and personnel, which takes time the Steelers do not have.

The 2023 season is an important campaign for the men in black and gold. They have a lot to prove within a short time frame. Mike Tomlin has proven he's a Head Coach with knowledge of the game. His team always perseveres. We know the Steelers are in store for an interesting season, we'll just have to wait to see how it all plays out.
