Matt Canada's offense will show how much they improved this offseason

Matt Canada's offense struggled to score points last season. Running lanes were non-existent, and it took time for their quarterbacks to catch stride. When things looked like they were finally clicking, the season was over.

In 2022, the Steelers ranked 26th in points scored (308) and 16th in offense rating (74.5). It was clear, they needed to shake things up in the off-season for better results. They drafted Broadrick Jones (OL) and Darnell Washington (TE) in the NFL Draft. Pittsburgh also acquired Allen Robinson II (WR) to add depth to the receiver room.

Additions to the roster will help Pittsburgh's sophomore quarterback progress. He established a connection with George Pickens and Pat Freiermuth last season and will have more weapons at his disposal. Calvin Austin II (WR) is a skilled player to watch as Canada's offense looks for retribution.
