I realize that I use certain phrases more than others, but I believe the Steelers road victory against our division rival, the Cincinnati Bengals, was truly a season-saving victory. The outcome of some games could prove to be season-ending. Conversely, the outcome of some games could prove to be season-saving.
I think the outcome of this game against the Bengals will prove to be the latter. First, it is a division win, which is a huge win no matter how you slice it. Second, it is a conference win, which is also huge because our record in the conference could be the difference between 'punching our ticket' to the tournament and watching it from home.
