Can the Steelers stop a rookie QB?

We asked this same question a few weeks ago when the Steelers played the Titans. C.J. Stroud was coming off some good games, but rookie quarterbacks had a history of struggling against this team. Instead of struggling though, Stroud went off and killed this defense, and that can’t happen again.

Will Levis hasn’t started as many games as Stroud, but he had an amazing week one performance. He was dynamic throwing the ball and more than did his part for the offense. He looks like the prospect many expected to go in the top ten of the draft. It is still early though, and the Steelers need to capitalize on some rookie errors.

If Levis comes out and continues his hot start, the Steelers won’t stand a chance. Instead, they need to force some mistakes and bring him back down to earth. If the Steelers can catch Levis and the Titans on a short week, it could be enough to get this team back on the right track.

Thursday night games are never easy for any team, and the Steelers face a really curious opponent in the Titans. Ideally, they get back to their winning ways this week and play well in primetime. In order to win though, they will need to answer these four questions.
