2. Pittsburgh earns a playoff win

Obviously, the ultimate goal of every team should be to win a Super Bowl. The Pittsburgh Steelers have done this as much as any team. However, setting the bar that high might be a bit unrealistic at this point. After all, this team hasn't even won a playoff game over the past five seasons.

We are hoping that changes this year. In their most recent two playoff appearances, the Steelers were humiliated by the Cleveland Browns in 2020 and the Kansas City Chiefs in 2021. Cracking the post-season and earning one of the three Wild Card spots is no longer enough. Fans need to start seeing post-season success.

This could finally be their year. However, the odds are stacked against them. Currently, Pittsburgh has the worst odds in the division to win the AFC North for the upcoming season, and with quarterbacks like Joe Burrow, Deshaun Watson, and Lamar Jackson in the division, making the playoffs would be a chore in itself.

However, this team got significantly more talented on paper since the start of the offseason, and one of the youngest offenses in the NFL still has lots of room to improve. Earning a playoff win would be huge for Pittsburgh this year, and it might be a sign that this team isn't far away from competing in another Super Bowl.
