4. DT Tyson Alualu

Despite a long NFL career, Tyson Alualu never quite lived up to lofty expectations as a former 10th overall pick. However, in the back half of his career alongside Cameron Heyward and Stephon Tuitt, Alualu quickly developed into a dominating run defender as the starting nose tackle for the Steelers.

From 2017 to 2020, Alualu had the best seasons of his NFL career with the Pittsburgh Steelers. In 2020, he even graded out as the 9th-best overall interior defender in the NFL. Sadly, all good things must come to an end.

At the age of 35 during the 2022 season, Alualu showed that he simply had nothing left in the tank. The former first-rounder landed on IR with a foot injury in 2021 -- forcing him to miss 15 games. When he returned, he just wasn't the same player.

Now 36 years old and coming off a season in which he was demoted on the Steelers depth chart, it's highly unlikely that any team is willing to scoop him up and play him in a rotation on defense. Tyson Alualu has been a rock-solid player in the past, but he is likely done in the NFL. Alualu is currently a free agent, but I wouldn't be surprised to hear a retirement announcement soon.
