Kendall Fuller, CB

If Jaylon Johnson hits the market this year, he will be the most coveted cornerback on the market. However, Kendall Fuller is a very good player in his own right. For three straight years, Fuller has graded out as a top-15 cornerback in the NFL.

It's also worth noting that Fuller has missed just 3 games over the past three seasons. At 5'11'' and 198 pounds, Fuller has good enough size to body wide receivers as a boundary cornerback. He played 952 snaps out wide for the Commanders during the 2023 season.

Fuller does turn 29 years old prior to free agency, and his age should be taken into account (as cornerbacks usually decline rapidly in their early 30s). Still, Fuller is a proven commodity who has been stuck on a bad team.

The Steelers desperately lack talent at the cornerback position, and Joey Porter Jr. may be the only player who returns at the position from the 2023 in-season roster. Levi Wallace and Chandon Sullivan were bad with expiring contracts, and Patrick Peterson could be a cap casualty. Kendall Fuller would be a massive upgrade that would instantly help improve the secondary for Pittsburgh.
