4. Marvin Mims, WR, Oklahoma

Flying under the radar a bit is the Sooners' Marvin Mims, a 5-11, 183-pound slot receiver who has outstanding speed (4.38), quickness (1.55 10-yard split), mobility (6.90 3-Cone) and athleticism (39.5" vertical jump, 10'9" broad jump).

Mims was also been a three-year starter at OU and has been very productive with 20 career receiving touchdowns. Mims caught 54 passes for 1,083 yards as a junior last fall, earning first-team All-Big 12 honors from the league's coaches. He has splash-play ability with a career yards per catch of 19.5, and his size is similar to Anthony Miller's (5-11, 199),.

Prediction: Late second or third round pick. Could definitely be available at pick 80, and possibly 120. This guy fits the profiles of the second-day wide receivers the Steelers like to draft. He also has return ability.
