5. Jonathan Mingo, WR, Ole Miss

The 6-2, 220-pound Jonathan Mingo is a big slot receiver who has been rising up several draft boards since the combine and his Pro Day. I really like his size and strength (22 bench press) and while not as productive in college, he reminds me of fellow former Ole Miss standout A.J. Brown (6-0, 226) because of his build and athletic traits.

Mingo ran a 4.46 in the 40, while Brown ran a 4.49. Mingo jumped 39.5" in the vertical test, and 10'9" in the broad jump test. Brown jumped 36.5" in the vertical and 10'0" in the broad jump. Mingo also has huge hands (10 3/8"), which helped him post career-highs of 51 receptions, 861 yards, and 5 TDs last season.

Prediction: Late second or third round pick. Mingo has tremendous upside and progressed nicely during his collegiate career. He has the intangibles to keep getting better and would be a plug-and-play starter for the Steelers in the slot as a rookie.
