The Pittsburgh Steelers will put their two-game home winning streak on the line when they play the Arizona Cardinals on Sunday. The Steelers are coming off an impressive road win over the Bengals, where their offense finally woke up after being rocked to sleep by the playcalling of former offensive coordinator Matt Canada.

I found three Steelers anytime touchdown props with excellent value against a Cardinals’ defense that has struggled mightily over the last few weeks.

Best anytime touchdown scorer picks for Cardinals vs. Steelers

  • Najee Harris (-118)
  • George Pickens (+290)
  • Pat Freiermuth (+480)

Najee Harris anytime touchdown scorer (-118)

Harris finally had that breakout game fans were waiting for this season. The former Alabama running back carved up the Browns’ defense for a season-high 99 yards and a touchdown on 15 carries. The 6-foot-1 running back has scored a touchdown in three out of his past four games and will now play a struggling Cardinals’ run defense on Sunday.

This season, Arizona is giving up 140.1 rushing yards per game (third-most in the NFL) and 18 total touchdowns to opposing running backs. Last week, the Cards gave up three TDs to Rams running backs Kyren Williams and Royce Freeman. Imagine what the duo of Harris and Jaylen Warren can do on Sunday.

George Pickens anytime touchdown scorer (+290)

The second-year receiver hasn’t scored a touchdown in four consecutive games, but maybe his luck will change on Sunday against the Cardinals. This season, Arizona’s defense has allowed 10 TDs to opposing WRs. They’ve also given up a touchdown to a wide receiver in three of their past four games.

Pickens hasn’t seen a ton of red zone targets this season (6), but that could’ve been a product of Matt Canada’s system. Without Canada, maybe the Steelers’ passing game can continue to open up. Pickens is projected to be covered by Cardinals CB Kei’Trel Clark, who has allowed one touchdown this season but has a 107.8 passer rating when targeted.

At +290 odds, I’ll roll the dice on the young wideout, who doesn’t need a ton of targets to make a big play.

Pat Freiermuth anytime touchdown scorer (+480)

It’s shocking to see Freiermuth’s anytime touchdown odds at +480, especially after we saw Tyler Higbee score two touchdowns last week against this Cardinals defense.

Arizona’s defense has been lit up by opposing tight ends, as they’ve allowed five TDs in the past five games. Freirmuth played well in last week’s win against the Browns, recording nine receptions (11 targets) for 120 yards.

The former Penn State tight end should play well for the second consecutive week against a Cardinals’ defense ranked 28th in DVOA-TE this season, per ftnfantasy.com.
