The NFL has announced its schedule for the 2024 regular season. This year, games will be aired on networks like CBS, ESPN, FOX, ABC, and NBC. In addition, streaming services like Prime Video, Peacock, and ESPN+ will air games while Netflix signed a deal to be the sole provider of Christmas Day games through 2026.
With all of these major media outlets bidding for coverage, NFL Network often gets lost in the shuffle. NFL Network was once the home of Thursday Night Football before selling the rights to broadcast TNF.
These days, NFL Network is known as the host of international games you can find early on Sunday morning. In order to fulfill their carriage contract, NFL Network is required to air seven games that will be available to most basic cable packages.
The first four games are set in stone, and the final three won't be decided until late in the season when they will host three games on Week 17. Here are the games set to be played on NFL Network in 2024.
2024 NFL Network Games
- Week 5: New York Jets at Minnesota Vikings, 9:30 a.m. ET
- Week 6: Jacksonville Jaguars at Chicago Bears, 9:30 a.m. ET
- Week 7: New England Patriots at Jacksonville Jaguars, 9:30 a.m. ET
- Week 10: New York Giants at Carolina Panthers, 9:30 a.m. ET
NFL Network kicks off their live regular season coverage with the Jets and Vikings in London, England in Week 5. From there, they will broadcast the Jaguars vs. Bears game in Week 6 and the Patriots vs. Jaguars game in Week 7. All three of these contests will take place in London, England.
In Week 10, NFL Network will offer coverage for the Giants vs. Panthers game. This contest will take place in Munich, Germany. Their first four games all have a scheduled kickoff time of 9:30 a.m. Eastern Time.
The final three games that NFL Network will broadcast to fulfill their contract will be decided late in the season and will be played in Week 17. Three of the following games will be assigned to NFL Network:
