Future NFL Draft Locations: 2025, 2026 & Beyond

The NFL Draft was hosted in New York City from 1965 to 2014. From there, the league decided to shake things up by moving the draft all around the country so that other cities and franchises could act as the host.

The 2024 NFL Draft will be in Detroit Michigan from Campus Martius to Hart Plaza. Other cities that have recently hosted the draft include Kansas City, Chicago, Philadelphia, and Tennessee.

2025 NFL Draft location: Green Bay, Wisconsin

Green Bay Packers fans will be thrilled to learn that the 2025 NFL Draft is scheduled to be hosted by their favorite team in Wisconsin. This location has been confirmed.

According to the Packers, the draft is going to take place inside and around Lambeau Field and Titletown. This is the first time ever that the NFL Draft will be held in the state of Wisconsin.

2026 NFL Draft prediction: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

In February, Pittsburgh submitted a bid that could bring the 2026 NFL Draft to The Steel City. Northern cities like Pittsburgh never warrant consideration to host the Super Bowl, so hosting the NFL Draft is the next best thing.

The NFL could grant this wish as early as 2026. The last time Pittsburgh hosted a draft was all the way back in 1948 and 1949. President and CEO of VisitPITTSBURGH Jerad Bachar said the event could have a direct impact of between $120 million and $160 million on the city, per CBS Sports.

2027 NFL Draft prediction: Denver, Colorado

Since the establishment of the NFL Draft in 1936, Denver has never hosted this event. 2027 could be Colorado's year in the spotlight. With beautiful views and plenty of tourist attractions for those in choose to attend, Denver feels like a favorite to host the draft in the near future.

Other cities that could be considered in 2027 include Charlotte and Cincinnati.
