For as ugly as things have been at times early in the 2023 season, Pittsburgh Steelers fans have to be satisfied with the 2-1 record that this team currently sits on. Mike Tomlin is 2-0 against the AFC including a big divisional win against the Cleveland Browns in primetime action.

After taking care of business against the Raiders on the road for Sunday Night Football this past week, the Steelers made an emergency landing in Kansas City before making their way back home -- only to take off and fly to Houston a few days later.

It's no doubt been a tiring week for Tomlin and company, but the Steelers know what's on the line today. They will make their best effort to come away with their third straight win and advance to 3-1 on the season. To do so will require a win against another AFC opponent coming off an excellent game.

How to listen to the Steelers game on the radio today

The Steelers are facing the Houston Texans today at 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Rookie QB C.J. Stroud led his team to a 37-17 victory over the Jacksonville Jaguars in Week 3 and will try to build on that momentum. This is going to be a fun battle between two young quarterbacks for seeding in the AFC, so you won't want to miss it.

Unfortunately, the viewing map will make it very difficult for many fans to watch the game this week. The Dolphins vs. Bills will be the nationally broadcast game by CBS. This means that viewers outside of the Pittsburgh area may not be able to get the game (check 506 Sports to see if your area is covered).

If you are getting a different broadcast on your CBS station, you may be required to listen to the Steelers vs. Texans game this week. While this might not be ideal for most fans, the good news is that there are several options when it comes to listening to the game.

Steelers fans can listen to the game live on Steelers Nation Radio. Bill Hillgrove and Craig Wolfley will be calling the game. Local fans can listen along on Steelers Radio Network on WDVE 102.5 FM or WBGG 970 AM. Listeners in the surrounding Pennsylvania areas should check their local radio listings here.

For those with a subscription to SiriusXM Radio, you can listen along on channel 387 for the Steelers broadcast or channel 228 for the Texans broadcast. There will be many out-of-market fans who will not be able to watch the game today without NFL Sunday Ticket. Be sure you have one of these listening options available if all else fails.
