Ivan Pace Jr. is another linebacker to keep an eye on
Pittsburgh held a formal meeting with the Cincinnati linebacker at the NFL Combine this past week and appears to be on the team's radar. Pace Jr. while undersized at just 5'10, was a pivotal piece of the Cincinnati Bearcat defense in 2023 racking up 137 total tackles along with ten sacks, a massive amount for an off-ball linebacker, per Cincinnati Athletics.
His stature likely makes him a day-two selection, but his production and motor are undeniably impressive. Should the Steelers splurge on a bigger-name free agent in the coming weeks, don't be surprised if Pittsburgh selects the 2022 Unanimous All-American in the third or fourth round.
Ivan Pace Jr. could develop behind the team's veterans and make an immediate impact on special teams.
Steelers have formally met with at least 3 ILBs — Ivan Pace, Drew Sanders, and Henry To’oTo’o.

Showing plenty of interest in the ILBs, as expected.
