NFL Conference Championship Games: Time, Dates & How to Watch

The Pittsburgh Steelers are no longer in the tournament, but that doesn't mean we can't enjoy some of the finest football from a few of the best teams. This weekend, the Championship Round of the NFL Playoffs will take place. Soon, one of the four remaining teams will be crowned Super Bowl champions.
During the Divisional Round of the NFL Playoffs, the Ravens beat the Texans, the 49ers edged off the Packers, the Lions took care of business against the Buccaneers, and the Chiefs handed the Bills another heartbreaking playoff loss.
Now we are gearing up for Championship Weekend. By Sunday night, we will officially have our two finalists who will be squaring off in Super Bowl LVIII at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas. Here's everything you need to know about the Championship Games in the NFL Playoffs.
AFC Championship Game: Chiefs @ Ravens
Who: Kansas City Chiefs vs. Baltimore Ravens
Where: M&T Bank Stadium in Baltimore
When: Sunday, Jan. 28th, 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time

The Chiefs vs. Ravens is the first of the two NFL Championship Games taking place this Sunday. Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs will be in Baltimore against arguably the league's best team with MVP frontrunner, Lamar Jackson. This game will take place at 3:00 p.m. ET on January 28th. NFC Championship Game: Lions vs. 49ers
Who: Detroit Lions vs. San Francisco 49ers
Where: Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara
When: Sunday, Jan. 28th, 6:30 p.m. Eastern Time

The Lions are still in the race and will have a chance to win their first Super Bowl in their 95-year history. They have a daunting matchup on the road in San Francisco against an uber-talented 49ers team. This contest will take place directly after the AFC Championship on Sunday. Kickoff is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. Eastern Time on January 28th. Football fans can watch this game on their local Fox station or by streaming Fox on FuboTV.

The AFC Championship game features a battle of two of the most iconic players in the game in quarterbacks Patrick Mahomes and Lamar Jackson. Both players are former NFL MVPs, and their play is really starting to heat up now that everything is on the line. One will move on to the Super Bowl while the other will be sent packing.
In the NFC Championship Game, You have the ultimate champion against the ultimate underdog. The San Francisco 49ers are one Super Bowl victory away from tying the Pittsburgh Steelers and New England Patriots for the most in NFL history (6), while the Lions -- one of the first professional football teams, founded in 1930 -- are still looking for their first-ever Super Bowl win.
