19. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Lukas Van Ness, EDGE, Iowa

At this rate, the Bucaneers aren't going to have a shot at another Super Bowl title anytime soon, so they just need to start finding some cornerstone players to build a roster around. Lukas Van Ness is a high-floor prospect with position flexibility both as an edge defender and an interior defensive lineman. He will have a coveted skill set and should be a good player for a long time in this league.

20. Seattle Seahawks: Bryan Bresee, DT, Clemson

Seattle needs to get back to their roots with a dominant defense. While their offense took a step forward this year, they aren't going to have enough firepower to go toe-to-toe with the top offenses in the league. After taking EDGE Tyree Wilson with the 5th ovearall pick, I have them continuing to bulk up their defensive trenches with DT Bryan Bresee. The Clemson defensive tackle needs to stay healthy, but he's a rare breed of player who flashes on tape.

21. Los Angeles Chargers: Bijan Robinson, RB, Texas

Even with the argument against taking running backs early, we all know that Bijan Robinson is an exceptional prospect. The Chargers have a new offensive coordinator in Kellen Moore who found a way to utilize Ezekiel Elliott and Tony Pollard together. Now LA will instantly have one of the most dynamic backfields in the league with Robinson and Austin Ekeler.

22. Baltimore Ravens: Jaxon Smith-Njigba

For some reason, Baltimore just can't seem to get the wide receiver position ironed out. This passing offense has been too stale as of late, and they could really use a non-tight end who could finally help out Lamar Jackson. Insert Jaxon Smith-Njigba. Though he might not have great top-end speed, he does a lot of things very well and would give Lamar a go-to receiving option outside of just TE Mark Andrews.
