12. New York Giants

Brian Daboll obviously made a huge difference on the New York Giants last season as he boosted them to a 9-win team. Now they will look to build on that with some very promising core trench players and a quarterback in Daniel Jones who just earned a massive new contract extension.

11. New York Jets

The Jets' defense is so outstanding that I probably have them higher than most in my power rankings. It was the dismal QB play that really held this team back last year. With a better QB who could utilize their young skill players, New York has the potential to take the biggest step forward in the NFL -- especially if that guy under center somehow happens to be Aaron Rodgers in 2023.

10. Baltimore Ravens

Like the Packers, the Baltimore Ravens are another wild-card team in the NFL power rankings, as the Lamar Jackson contract situation comes with so much uncertainty. Lamar has one of the best active win percentages in the NFL when he plays and the Ravens have talent to go around their roster. This should be a quality football team, assuming Jackson is part of it for the 2023 season.

9. Jacksonville Jaguars

In terms of youth and talent, the Jacksonville Jaguars have about as much as any team in the league right now. They also have one of the most promising young quarterbacks in Trevor Lawrence. However, their lack of experience could be their downfall. I do think the Jaguars could be legitimate contenders soon, but maybe not in 2023.
