Pittsburgh Steelers 2023 Pro Day visit and pre-draft meeting tracker
It's that time of year when Pittsburgh Steelers coaches front office executives, and scouts hit the road for their annual scouting trail. In the weeks leading up to the NFL Draft, Mike Tomlin, Omar Khan, Andy Weidl, and other members of the organization will be traveling to Pro Days to see prospects perform firsthand.
In addition to hitting the road often, the Steelers will be hosting players for pre-draft visits. In the past, and under the direction of Kevin Colbert, their visits during the pre-draft process have been very telling in terms of which players they end up targeting in the NFL Draft.
While some trends could be different in Khan's first year as general manager, he admitted that we will see a 'lot of Colbert' in him. With Tomlin still heavily involved, we can expect the scouting trail to remain a very valuable part of doing business that will act as a great indicator of which players they could target on draft day.
