3. Zac Robinson, Quarterbacks Coach, Los Angeles Rams

Going back to our conversation about Angelichio and Sean McVay, here is yet another name coming from the Los Angeles Rams' current coaching tree. Over the last year or so, there have been a lot of whispers around quarterbacks coach Zac Robinson and how he might be McVay's "next man up."

Robinson, like many successful assistants and coordinators, is a former quarterback himself. So, he understands the position at a level that no one else can. Looking at the way the Rams' passing attack, and offense as a whole, has performed this year, one can see exactly why you'd want to hire from this tree.

In a season of uncertainty in Los Angeles, the Rams have clinched a playoff berth. Matthew Stafford has played some of the best football of his career, all things considered. He began the year without Cooper Kupp and the team found a gem in Puka Nacua. There was a bit of a shuffling at running back, too.

But, once the Rams got going, there was no stopping them. Robinson is one of McVay's right-hand men, and the Steelers would be making a great hire by bringing him in.
