2. Chris O'Hara, Quarterbacks Coach, Minnesota Vikings

Staying on topic of top passing attacks, the Minnesota Vikings remain no. 3 in the league in passing per game even though Kirk Cousins has been down for the count over the past few weeks. Head coach Kevin O'Connell has done a marvelous job with the Vikings' offense, and of course it helps to have a weapon like Justin Jefferson.

But, Jefferson hasn't been on the field for over a month now. Let's remember that.

Chris O'Hara, the Vikings' quarterbacks coach, deserves some credit for the job both Cousins and Joshua Dobbs have done this year. For Dobbs to come in and have success right away after being traded from Arizona speaks volumes about the staff around him, just as much as it does his own work ethic.

Before joining Minnesota, O'Hara served under Sean McVay as an assistant. So, he's one that O'Connell brought over with him. Hiring from the McVay tree is never a bad idea, and O'Connell is proof. The Vikings now have a legitimate shot to continue their success and secure a playoff berth thanks to Dobbs and the offensive staff. That includes O'Hara.
