2. Baltimore Ravens

The Ravens aren't a perfect team, and their weaknesses were exposed often late in the 2022 season. However, missing their former MVP quarterback certainly makes matters worse. Lamar Jackson might be a little disgruntled right now, but without a suitor, he could wind up playing (at least one more season) in Baltimore.

In free agency, John Harbaugh and the Ravens did next to nothing. They haven't signed any outside free agents at this point in time as they simply focused on retaining some of their own like S Trayvon Mullen, RB Justice Hill, and S Geno Atkins.

Unfortunately for them, the Ravens had some notable departures in players like DT Calais Campbell, TE Josh Oliver, and OG Ben Powers. These losses aren't impossible to overcome, but they haven't yet improved during the 2022 offseason.

Still, I think this is a Ravens team with one of the most well-balanced rosters in the league, to begin with, and if Jackson returns, they will be in the thick of things in the playoff race in 2023, whether you like it or not.
