4. Seattle Seahawks

Geno Smith was a huge surprise for not only Seahawks fans but the whole NFL. He took home the Comeback Player of the Year award after putting up a 100.9 passer rating and throwing for 4,282 yards and 30 touchdowns.

Both DK Metcalf and Tyler Lockett had over 1,000 receiving yards last season and could look to repeat their performance again. The Seahawks selected Jaxon Smith-Njigba with the 20th overall pick in the 2023 NFL Draft, only adding to an already great receiver room. Smith-Njigba can step into the slot receiver role immediately and make a large impact.

Pair their upgraded passing game with a well-known, stellar run game, and this Seahawks offense is a force to be reckoned with. Kenneth Walker and Zach Charbonnet are great complements to each other in that backfield.

The Steelers will truly have to be solid in both the trenches and the secondary if they want to slow this well-rounded Seahawks defense down. They can kill you with the run, and if you defend it too much, they will throw right over the top.
