Pittsburgh Steelers (1-1) vs Las Vegas Raiders (1-1), Sunday at 8:20 P.M. EST
Prediction: Steelers 20, Raiders 17
It was a win last week, but the problematic issues for the Steelers offense continued. Kenny Pickett seems to be a problem at quarterback, and he could be a replaceable asset in the future if this type of play continues. They have another winnable game here against the Raiders, but that is only because they are seemingly an equally terrible opponent.
Even if Pittsburgh wins, nothing is going to change their future outlook until they start playing better on the offensive side of the ball and in the defensive secondary. It is an ugly sight to watch as they come onto the field sloppy and fail to even get first downs. This offense is historically bad, and an average Joe could do just as good of a job as the current offensive coordinator.
Philadelphia Eagles (2-0) vs Tampa Bay Buccaneers (2-0), Monday at 7:15 P.M. EST
Prediction: Eagles 21, Buccaneers 20
Tampa Bay has been one of the better surprises to start the season and they should be able to provide pressure to the Eagles in this one. Philadelphia is going to be one of the top teams in the NFC, but they have not been as dominant as last season yet. It's going to be a close game here, but Baker Mayfield throws a late interception for his first big mistake of the year.
LA Rams (1-1) vs Cincinnati Bengals (0-2), Monday at 8:15 P.M. EST
Prediction: Rams 27, Bengals 24
Here is the upset of the week as Joe Borrow has not been himself early in the season. He is dealing with a calf issue that seems to be nagging at him. He has an extra day to heal here but the Bengals defense has been disappointing thus far too. The Rams' offense has been solid the first couple of weeks and are able to find a way to get down the field and shock Cincinnati.
