We're one week away from the start of the 2024 NFL Draft so it's time to dive into what we think the Pittsburgh Steelers are going to do in the opening rounds.

The Steelers currently hold the No. 20 overall pick in the first round and while mock drafts may have different ideas of what they're going to do in that spot, oddsmakers seem to all be pointing on direction.

Let's take a look at the latest odds for what position the Steelers will draft next Thursday.

What position will Steelers take with first pick in NFL Draft?

Despite picking at No. 20 overall, oddsmakers are confident the Steelers will draft an offensive lineman with their first pick. It's the odds on favorite at -320 and if you translate those odds to implied probability, there's a 76.19% chance they take an offensive lineman.

There's a few different options at that position, including JC Latham from Alabama and Graham Barton from Duke.

There are plenty of mock drafts out there who have the Steelers taking a wide receiver with that first pick, but at +550 odds there's an implied probability of just 15.38% chance of them taking a player at that position.

Cornerback (+650) and Defensive Lineman (+1100) are the other two realistic possibilities for the Steelers, but at -320, you can feel confident a new offensive lineman will be a member of the team come Thursday night.
