Bills win, Jaguars lose = Steelers @ Bills in Wild Card round

Here's the second scenario that could play out today. If the Jaguars lose to the Titans at 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time, that's all the Pittsburgh Steelers will need to enter the postseason. But we want to break this down even further to see the matchups Mike Tomlin's team could be getting in the postseason.

Let's assume the Jags lose and the Bills beat the Dolphins on Sunday Night Football in Week 18. Because the Steelers took care of business against the Ravens and advanced to 10-7 on the season, this means that Pittsburgh would be playing a road game against Buffalo in the Wild Card round of the NFL playoffs.

The Steelers were humiliated by the Bills in the first half of the 2022 season, but a lot has changed since then. While quarterback Josh Allen is still a major threat, Buffalo doesn't have the same supporting cast it once did.

At the same time, the Steelers have been hampered by injuries -- specifically on the defensive side of the football. If T.J. Watt can't go due to the reported Grade 3 MCL sprain, this could be a very difficult contest in what could be a snowy football game in Buffalo next week in the Wild Card round.
