Steelers schedule leaks tracker: Every 2024 schedule leak so far

From now until the 2024 NFL schedule is released on NFL Network, football fans will anxiously wait to see when their team will face their biggest rivals and most daunting matchups. This season, the Pittsburgh Steelers have must-watch football games against teams like the Dallas Cowboys, Kansas City Chiefs, and Philadelphia Eagles, in addition to their highly anticipated AFC North rivals.
We have known which opponents the Steelers will be facing in 2024 since January, so for some fans, the NFL schedule release is overhyped. But that won't stop hardcore fans from trying to be the first to find out when their team will be playing each opponent.
Steelers fans will be looking to see when the team's bye week will fall when their hardest stretch of games will take place, how many primetime games they will have, and if they play on any major holidays.
Though nothing has been confirmed yet and not every rumor will prove to be accurate, here's a look a every Steelers schedule leak or rumor so far.

May 6th - Steelers @ Broncos Week 1: Antonio Brown posted from his infamous CTESPN account on 'X' that he had a direct call with a source who claims the NFL has shifted and wants the Steelers playing the Broncos in Week 1 for Sunday Night Football. Brown has a questionable track record, and his initial post has been deleted. In recent months, he claimed the Steelers and Vikings were working on a trade for All-Pro WR Justin Jefferson and that Pro Bowl safety Justin Simmons was leaning toward signing with Pittsburgh. Take this rumor with a grain of salt.
May 13th - Steelers @ Falcons Week 1: Andrew Fillipponi of 93.7 The Fan posted on 'X' to 'keep an eye on the Steelers opening the season on the road'. Fillipponi believes a Russell Wilson vs. Kirk Cousins matchup is coming in Week 1 as Mike Tomlin's team travels to Atlanta to face Arthur Smith's former squad.
May 14th - Steelers @ Falcons Week 1: Multiple sources tell Zach Klein of WSB-TV that the Falcons will open against the Pittsburgh Steelers in Atlanta in Week 1.
May 14th - Steelers vs. Chiefs Week 17: Here's another Steelers schedule 'leak' from Andrew Fillipponi, who is hearing that Pittsburgh will host the Super Bowl-winning Kansas City Chiefs on Christmas Day. There was some speculation that the Steelers and Cowboys would face each other on December 25th, but it looks like Pittsburgh will be getting one of the double-headed Christmas matchups. Christmas falls on a Wednesday this year.
May 14th - Steelers vs. Jets Week 7: According to Jets podcaster Matt O'Leary, the New York Jets will travel to Pittsburgh for Sunday Night Football in Week 7. The Steelers would get Aaron Rodgers under the lights at Acrisure Stadium on SNF.
May 15th - Steelers vs. Giants Week 8: Giants beat writer Art Stapleton is hearing the Steelers will host the Giants on Monday Night Football on October 28th.
May 15th - Steelers @ Ravens Week 16: The Steelers are set to play at Baltimore on December 21st -- four days before they will host the Chiefs on Christmas Day, per Andrew Fillipponi.
May 15th - Steelers @ Bengals Week 13: Chris Mueller of 93.7 The Fan was told the Steelers will be on the road to face the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 13.
May 15th - Steelers @ Eagles Week 15: The Pittsburgh Steelers are rumored to be traveling to Philadelphia to face the Eagles in Week 15, per Chris Mueller of 93.7 The Fan.
May 15th - Steelers @ Browns Week 12: Andrew Fillipponi leaks that Pittsburgh will play the Browns in Cleveland in Week 12 on November 21st.
May 15th - Steelers @ Commanders Week 10: 93.7 The Fan's Andrew Fillipponi reports that the Steelers will travel to Washington to take on the Commanders in Week 10 on November 10th.
