Washington Commanders (4-5) vs Seattle Seahawks (5-3), Sunday at 4:25 P.M. EST
Prediction: Seahawks 31, Commanders 22
Which form of the Seahawks will show up at home this week? Will it be the one that scores lots of points or the one that struggles to gain yardage? It seems like Seattle should be able to rebound from last week’s beatdown by the hands of the Ravens. The Commanders give up a lot of pressure, and that should open up a couple of turnover opportunities for the Seahawks' defense. Seattle should be able to apply a good number of points on the board this time around.
New York Jets (4-4) vs Las Vegas Raiders (4-5), Sunday at 8:20 P.M. EST
Prediction: Raiders 26, Jets 17
Las Vegas has found a new life under their new interim Head coach. He has brought juice to a squad that had little motivation. That can do a lot for a team’s confidence. Zach Wilson will be under pressure during this game, and it will cause him to turnover the ball a couple of times. The Raiders aren't great, but they will be able to take advantage of those Wilson turnovers and get in the end zone. Neither of these two clubs are going anywhere, but Las Vegas wins at home.
Denver Broncos (3-5) vs Buffalo Bills (5-4), Monday at 8:15 P.M. EST
Prediction: Bills 29, Broncos 21
Another bad primetime game to close out this week that has three terrible matchups under the lights. Buffalo is coming off a tough loss to the Bengals, but they are still seen as the top wildcard team going forward for one of the potential openings in the AFC. Buffalo has the right tools to be a solid playoff team when that time rolls around. Denver had a week to relax on their bye, but they have a bad roster again this season. Expect the Bills to have a comfortable lead for most of this game that dwindles toward the end of the game.
