The Pittsburgh Steelers will soon be getting set to take the field for their 2023 preseason finale. So far, things have gone swimmingly for Mike Tomlin and his crew. In each of the first two exhibition contests against the Buccaneers and Bills, Pittsburgh's offense scored 27 points and the first-team offense has scored a touchdown on every position led by Kenny Pickett so far.
Tomlin would love nothing more than to complete the hat trick with a phenomenal game to close the preseason. However, after seeing everything he has so far, it's hard to tell how much work the starters will get in this contest. Tomlin did say note in his pre-game press conference that healthy players will be out there.
This is the last chance to catch the Steelers before their first regular-season game on September 10th. For many players on the team, this could be their final chance to make an impression before roster cuts.
By Tuesday at 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time, all 32 NFL clubs must cut their roster from 90 players all the way down to 53. Who will leave a lasting impression strong enough to stick around in the preseason finale? Here's everything you need to know about the Steelers vs. Falcons game this week.

What to watch for in Steelers vs. Falcons game:
Kenny Pickett has been picture-perfect through his first two preseason games, so I have to imagine that Mike Tomlin won't risk playing him very long in this contest and expose him to a possible injury. He may receive just a series or two -- depending on how things go.
Nick Herbig has been the star of the preseason so far and fans will no doubt be interested to see if he can earn at least one sack for the third straight game. In addition, fans will have their eyes on other rookies like Broderick Jones, Joey Porter Jr., and Darnell Washington.
Near the bottom of the roster, players like Kendrick Green, James Pierre, Gunner Olszewski, and even Isaiahh Loudermilk will look to do enough to hang onto their roster spots for the 2023 season. Keep an eye on their performances during the preseason finale.
Game odds refresh periodically and are subject to change.
