The Pittsburgh Steelers are fighting for their playoff lives in Week 18, and they’ll need a win over the Baltimore Ravens – and some help – to get into the playoffs in the AFC.

Luckily for the Steelers, the Ravens are sitting star quarterback – and likely league MVP – Lamar Jackson in Week 18. There are likely other Ravens starters that will be out as well, which bodes well for a Steelers team that already beat Baltimore this season.

Oddsmakers have adjusted for Jackson being out, favoring the Steelers by 3.5 points in this game. The Pittsburgh offense has looked much better under Mason Rudolph, but can it win this game and cover the spread?

I’m attempting to use the latest odds to guide a final score prediction for this game. Steelers fans who want a little more riding on this win can bet on this prediction, or simply take the team to win the game on Saturday.

Let’s dive into the odds and more for Saturday’s regular season finale:

Steelers vs. Ravens odds, spread and total

Steelers final score prediction

Pittsburgh has put up 30 points in back-to-back games with Rudolph under center, but I don’t expect that to happen again on Saturday.

The total in this game is all the way down at 35 points, as these two teams are great defensively (Baltimore is No. 1 in the NFL in opponent yards per play) and the Ravens won’t have some key players since they already locked up the No. 1 seed in the AFC.

Still, I think this game may go OVER the total, as Tyeler Huntley has proven before that he can win games – and play well – in place of Jackson for Baltimore.

Don’t worry Steelers fans, I still think Pittsburgh comes out on top, especially since this game means a lot more to the team than it does to Baltimore, but it won’t be by much.

Rudolph’s ability to make the offense competent late in the season should get the Steelers into field goal range quite a bit, so I’ll take them to earn a 3-point win on Saturday.

Final score prediction: Steelers 23, Ravens, 20
