The Pittsburgh Steelers are set to take the field for their final two-game road stretch to close out the 2023 season. After losing their first three games in December, Mike Tomlin needs a pair of wins (plus a bit of outside assistance) to make it to the playoffs this year.
But this team is taking things one day at a time, and all that matters is getting past the Seattle Seahawks today. Following a Week 16 win over the Cincinnati Bengals, the Steelers have been given a second chance. However, they need to play mistake-free football from here on out.
This run at perfection starts by lacing up in Seattle -- a city the Steelers haven't won a game in since 1983. Both the Steelers and Seahawks are 8-7 in their respective conferences and are in a similar boat. The winner increases their chances of making the tournament, while the loser is sent packing. Here's how you can be sure to catch the game.

What to watch for in Steelers vs. Seahawks game:
Realistically, this could be due-or-die for both of these teams in Week 17. The Steelers and Seahawks are knotted at 8-7 entering this contest, but fortunately for Seattle, the NFC is far less crowded. That means this game is even more important for Mike Tomlin's squad.
The Seahawks are coming off a narrow win over the Tennessee Titans in Week 16 with QB Geno Smith back at the helm after missing time with an injury. Pete Carroll's team is 5-2 at home this year (though the competition hasn't exactly been stiff).
The Steelers got their first good statistical game at the quarterback position we have seen all year in Week 16. If they can repeat that, Pittsburgh will have a solid chance to emerge victorious. However, the noise from one of the loudest stadiums in the country could make things difficult.
