The Pittsburgh Steelers are one of the most storied and prestigious franchises that American football has ever seen. After their establishment all the way back in 1933, it took Pittsburgh a while to find its groove, but by the NFL merger in 1970, this franchise quickly became a Super Bowl-bound powerhouse.

Thanks largely to their Steel Curtain dynasty in the '70s, the Steelers are still tied for the NFL lead with six Super Bowl wins. This was a number they held sole possession of at one point, and fans would love nothing more than to see this team pull away from the competition when it comes to Super Bowl championships.

Unfortunately, it's been a while now since we have seen Pittsburgh in the big game. Let's hope we don't have to wait much longer to see that confetti fall once more.
