Denver Broncos @ Detroit Lions: 8:18 p.m. ET

The night game on Saturday, December 16th, will feature the Denver Broncos taking on the 9-4 Lions at home. The Lions are firmly in the driver's seat in the AFC North and they could inch one step closer to locking up their division with a win on Saturday night. Meanwhile the Broncos are one of 6 teams squared at 7-6 in the AFC.

Unfortunately, Denver doesn't hold enough tiebreakers at the moment to be inside the playoff bubble, and they are currently the 9th seed in the AFC. However, this team is certainly starting to get hot at the right time. Following a dismal 1-5 start to the 2023 season, Denver has since won 6 of their previous 7 contests -- including victories over the Chiefs and Bills in back-to-back games.

This team has been quietly good in recent weeks and they could prove to give the Lions a run for their money. It's worth noting that the Chiefs currently sit on an 8-5 record, so it's not impossible for the Broncos to earn the top seed in the AFC West by the season's closure (something we never thought we would be saying this year).

This could end up being the most-watched game of the three contests set to take place on Saturday in Week 15. The Broncos vs. Lions game has a kickoff scheduled for 8:18 p.m. Eastern Time in Detroit. This game will be aired on FOX and NFL Network. Those streaming can catch the game with subscriptions to FuboTV, Sling TV, or NFL+.
