Steeler Nation will have the shortest wait to see their team in action since the playoffs ended. The Steelers will square off against the Minnesota Vikings in the 2015 preseason Hall of Fame Game. The game will be played Sunday, Aug. 9th, the day after former Steelers running back Jerome Bettis will be formally inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame during the enshrinement ceremony.
The game will surely carry a certain degree of excitement because of the carry over excitement after seeing The Bus get enshrined the night before as well as getting a look at the new Keith Butler-led Steelers defense. Then, shortly after kick off, reality sets in on how crappy and unwatchable preseason games are. Still, I’m stoked. I bet you are too.
Here we go Steelers! Here we go!
